Ms. Barker is a certified co-active personal and executive coach and member of the International Coach Federation, the North Carolina Association of Business and Professional Coaches and The Coaches Training Institute's Carolina Coaches community. She received her coaching certification from one of the most rigorous coach training institutions, The Coaches Training Institute, an organization accredited by the International Coaching Federation (

She also received her B.A. in Psychology from Boston University and J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, where she was a civil litigator for several years.
