The public is invited to try out soup and chili recipes. Take-out lunch 
tickets are available in advance or at the door on the day of the event,
 which will be held from noon to 2 p.m., during which time your meal can
 be picked up. Tickets are $7 and include soup, a drink and a sandwich.&nbsp;]]></description>
